Andy Payne Elected to State Bar Board of Directors

Andy has been elected to the State Bar of Texas Board of Directors. Andy will serve as one of two directors from the Dallas Area. He looks forward to working with other leaders in the Bar to improve legal services and improve access to the courts for all Texas citizens.
