We are honored to represent Skyler Anderson’s family against Fiat Chrysler and proud of their efforts to improve safety. NHTSA just levied a $100 million+ fine and started a program to buy back these defective vehicles.
Sadly, this is the fourth family we have represented who have suffered injuries or death due to defects in the gas tank location of the Jeep. The unusual placement of the gas tank behind the rear axle makes it particularly susceptible to puncturing during rear-end collisions. Such damage can result in fires that can be fatal to drivers and passengers.
