Andy Payne Settles a Case Against Home Fan Manufacturer for a House Failure Leading to Fatal Injuries
Jesse Keeton succumbed to smoke inhalation after a box floor fan caused a fire while he was sleeping. Extensive fire cause and origin work was done, along with analysis by electrical engineers. This extensive investigation led to an analysis that coils within the fan’s motor, along with the failure to have fail safe supplying cord, was the cause of a fire in Mr. Keeton’s house. Andy Payne sued the manufacturer of the fan on behalf ofthe Keeton family and was able to obtain a substantial, confidential settlement on their behalf.
