The State Bar of Texas asked Jim Mitchell to moderate panel with Fifth Circuit District Judge and Former Texas Supreme Court Justice

Jim served as a moderator of a panel on behalf of the Advanced Insurance Law Seminar for the State Bar of Texas. The panel consisted of the U.S. Fifth Circuit District Judge Catharina Haynes and former Texas Supreme Court Justice Scott A.Brister. The seminar was attended by over 400 practitioners in insurance law and resulted in a lively debate of insurance issues moderated by Mr. Mitchell.
