Payne Mitchell Ramsey Announces the Opening of a Little Rock, Arkansas Office

The partners of Payne Mitchell Ramsey are pleased to announce the opening of their Little Rock, Arkansas office effective January 1, 2011.  Over the years, Andy Payne has worked closely with David Williams, the lawyer in charge of our Little Rock office.  David is an extraordinary lawyer and person.  He is at the top of the legal profession in Arkansas, having served as the President of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, the head of their legislative efforts, named Best Lawyer by numerous Arkansas publications and a recipient of the   Wood Trial Lawyer Award.  The opening of our Little Rock office will allow us additional depth in serving our clients throughout the country.  Both Andy Payne and David Williams are licensed to practice law in Arkansas.  Andy Payne is licensed to practice law in Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas.  Jim Mitchell and Todd Ramsey are licensed to practice law in both Texas and Oklahoma.
