American Bar Association Selects Andy Payne to Speak at its National Aviation Litigation Seminar

Each year the American Bar Association holds a national seminar of top aviation litigators in Washington, D.C. The aviation section selects faculty from across the nation to serve on this prestigious panel. Andy Payne was asked to present a paper on Forum Non Conveniens to the aviation section.
