Texas Trial Lawyers Association asked Jim Mitchell to co-chair, for the fourth time in a row, its annual Las Vegas seminar in February 2012. Jim had chaired this seminar the previous three years.
In June 2011, the State Bar of Texas appointed Jim Mitchell to serve on the State Bar of Texas Pattern Jury Charge Committee. The committee decides what questions a trial court should submit to a jury in cases all across the state
Andy has been elected to the State Bar of Texas Board of Directors. Andy will serve as one of two directors from the Dallas Area. He looks forward to working with other leaders in the Bar to improve legal services and improve access to the courts for all Texas citizens.
